I have a i5 7600k paired with my rtx 3070 and was worried about bottlenecking. I basically play cyberpunk maxed out at 4k with a few useless (to me) settings turned off. I had read the 7600k would hinder performance about 10% but it's not enough to matter for cyberpunk anyway.
